At AK Ops, we serve as fractional marketing and sales support to clients all over the country. Our mission every day is to nurture leads with campaigns so reps can work the right leads at the right time with the right message; all while operating a clean, trackable and adoptable process. We connect the dots between marketing and sales. First, we operationalize Hubspot to serve a clean sales process, then build content campaigns to engage hot leads to the sales team and nurture those who are not ready to engage.
We are a tight team who care about each other and help each other at any time. It is important that our new client success managers are comfortable joining a team, executing independently but always willing to collaborate and learn from each other. As always, critical thinking skills, a can-do attitude, and a proactive mindset are musts for our team.
This is a hybrid virtual and in-person role with company headquarters in Cottleville. Yoga pants are dress code and coffee/lunch/drinks are always on Amy. Client Success Manager
In this role, you will be the wing person of another AK Ops client success manager to start. You will learn the client’s business and how we support their team during your training, then ultimately take over those accounts and earn against their managed retainer. Your responsibilities will include managing clients and leveraging HubSpot to grow their deal pipelines. You never have to sell – Amy does all of that for us – and the inbound interest never stops… and our clients always extend! This is why we need more sharp people to join us!
No Hubspot experience? That’s okay! Sara and Krista didn’t have any either! After 3 months of training, they have become super users and are absolutely killing it! What we can’t teach is critical thinking skills, a can-do attitude, or a proactive mindset.

Sales Enablement Manager
In this role at AK Ops, you will help operationalize the client management process so we can pass hot leads to our clients’ sales team. Your main responsibilities will include managing our clients’ inboxes and fielding responses from prospective leads. You’ll also set up and maintain our clients’ secondary domains, a crucial part of the AK Ops process. Since this is a new and developing area of the company, you’ll often communicate and collaborate with our client success managers so we can continuously improve our lead generation program.
