Emily has gained a variety of experience in sales, marketing and recruitment throughout her career, but especially after diving headfirst into healthcare recruiting. Her ability to build relationships, stay diligent on her personal systems and execute the tech stack to support her goals garnered her early success. Prior to this, she built marketing and sales channels for a startup which allowed her to recognize her strengths and passions, ultimately leading her here, to AK Operations!
Emily met Amy through a mutual friend after graduating from college and has been following AK Operations’ growth over the past few years. The moment she heard of the Sales Enablement Manager position, she was eager to learn more. Almost instantly, Emily began running sales enablement behind a dozen clients. She spends her days prospecting on behalf of our clients, which requires a great depth of knowledge of our clients - and has hit goal since month one!
Emily was born and raised in Missouri and has been exploring every part of St. Louis since! Outside of work, you can find her cheering on the Cardinals and Blues, attending early morning workouts, and going on long walks with her dog, Cooper. She enjoys happy hours and summertime boat rides!

I’ve known Emily for a long time, but after calling her former employer, I was absolutely sold. There’s something about a woman who can juggle a million things, executes with the intention to win nonstop, and has the ambition to learn every single day. I appreciate her humbleness and tireless execution. Work aside, she’s also just an incredibly good person.
