We use several platforms to learn and monitor each client's messaging, industry news, and generate impressive designs and assets. We do not use AI prospecting tools outside of research. We do not burn through domains or inboxes or subscribe to that level of volume, especially from a sales voice.
What does a typical partnership look like?
We operate on a 6-month engagement (that flips then month-to-month) model designed to ramp, optimize, and evaluate ROI. Most clients stay longer (avg. tenure is 16–18 months), but our structure gives you flexibility.
Here’s how we roll:
- Month 1: Database overhaul, TAM built, nurture begin
- Month 2–3: Outbound and inbound sales motions go live
- Month 4: First deals close, sales playbooks are codified
- Month 5–6: Pipeline and meetings hit stride, ROI becomes predictable
- At Month 6: Clients either stay as-is, expand, or transition in-house with training

What happens after signature?
Once the contract is signed, we:

- Send over a New Client Questionnaire to jumpstart our collab
- Book your kickoff meeting to align on targets, channels, systems, and goals
- Launch with 2x weekly meetings that taper to weekly once we go live
- You’ll see real traction within the first few weeks—think: cleaned CRM data, Hubspot channels built, and early signals of engaged companies to prospect.
How long until we see results?
Expect traction fast—but predictability by Month 4.
- Month 1: Website traffic climbs, leads are segmented and nurtured
- Month 2: Sales prospecting begins, MQLs accelerate
- Month 3: All GTM motions (inbound, outbound, event) are live

What do we need from the client side?
We make it simple, but not hands-off. You’ll need to:
- Commit to 1 weekly huddle
- Commit to 1 Monthly Rev Engine Meeting - invite your whole team to this one
- Approve "stuff" within 48 hours
- Loop us into Slack for fast approvals and real-time collaboration
- Hubspot (and SFDC) access
