AK Operations is seeking a driven Client Success Manager to join our fractional sales efficiency powerhouse. In this role, you will own full revenue cycle management programs for our clients, from demand generation to sales enablement and operations.
Leveraging platforms like HubSpot, you will build, launch, automate, and optimize tailored campaigns to fill our clients’ pipelines with qualified leads. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing list building, ideal customer profile definition, deliverability, and inbox placement to optimize targeting
  • Creating effective messaging across multiple channels including email, social, and ads to generate new MQLs
  • Writing, deploying, and optimizing email sequences combining both plain text and HTML to nurture leads into SQLs
  • Tracking lead conversion rates, pipeline pace, and funnel health to guide ongoing optimization
  • Conducting regular performance analysis to uncover trends and opportunities to pivot strategies
  • Overseeing automation configuration, CRM data hygiene, and reporting for complete visibility
  • Enabling sales teams by sending qualified, sales-ready leads to reps
  • Arming reps with lead intent data and insights to improve conversion rates
  • Owning quota attainment, accurate forecasting, and RevOps process excellence
  • Identifying areas for scale and improvement beyond initial campaign launch

  • 5+ years in sales, operations, or demand generation
