We connect the dots between marketing and sales. First, we operationalize HubSpot to serve a clean sales process, then build content campaigns to engage hot leads to the sales team and nurture those who are not ready to engage.

This is a hybrid virtual and in-person role with company headquarters in Cottleville. Yoga pants are dress code and coffee/lunch/drinks are always on Amy. CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER
In this role, you will be responsible for running our full demand and lead generation program for your clients. From overseeing the targeting, marketing content, and sales sequences to setting up their operations and reporting, you will leverage HubSpot to grow your clients’ deal pipelines.
Your targeting responsibilities will cover list health, deliverability, inbox placement, source tracking, and ideal customer profile (ICP) management. For marketing content, you will nurture existing contacts with ongoing content and events. For sales sequences, you will write, deploy, and manage plain text sequences from all senders. Your operational responsibilities will include measuring the number and type of touch points it takes to convert a lead into a meeting, ensuring the conversion points in the deal pipeline are on pace and consistent, pivoting strategy as needed, managing the CRM and automation, as well as quota management, forecast visibility, and ownership of action items. And lastly, you will also oversee revenue operations and sales enablement, ensuring that we send our clients’ reps the best leads and inform them with lead intent activity for superior conversions.
No HubSpot experience? That’s okay! You will start your training under the wing of another Client Success Manager. Many of our employees had no previous HubSpot experience. What we can’t teach are critical thinking, a can-do attitude, and a proactive mindset—all crucial skills for this position.
