We connect the dots between marketing and sales. First, we operationalize HubSpot to serve a clean sales process, then build content campaigns to engage hot leads to the sales team and nurture those who are not ready to engage.

This is a hybrid virtual and in-person role with company headquarters in Cottleville. Yoga pants are dress code and coffee/lunch/drinks are always on Amy. Lean sales teams or founder-led sales organizations often find themselves inundated in the follow-up after new business meetings consistently come in. In this role at AK Ops, you will help deploy our full-funnel sales enablement process for our clients. 

Your top funnel responsibilities will cover daily management of all automated inboxes, updating data for all responses, booking new meetings, and executing domain warmups. Your mid funnel responsibilities will include replying to leads and re-engaging no-show meetings. Your pipeline follow-up responsibilities will cover additional follow-up tasks and weekly alignment on deals. 

Organization, consistency, and promptness are crucial skills for this position. This role is designed for someone who loves quick wins and seeks the high of hitting meeting goals to support our clients’ sales reps. Since this is a developing area of the company, you’ll often communicate and collaborate with our Success Managers so we can continuously improve our lead generation program.
